Terms of Business

By ordering from this site you are agreeing to Jellybox's Terms of Business detailed below.

Returns and cancellations.

We are sure you will love your Jellybox. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we will gladly offer a refund providing goods are returned unused and in the original, undamaged, packaging. Postage will not be eligible for refund.

Goods must be returned securely packaged within 7 days of receipt.

Jellybox will not be liable for goods until they reach our premises. For this reason we would suggest you use a recorded postal service.

We will contact you for your card information to make the refund. Refunds should be made to the original purchasing card or bank account. Please include your contact details within the package. (No credit card details should be sent by post)

The refund will be made when the goods have arrived safely with Jellybox.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not in an acceptable condition.

(The above is in line with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000)

Faulty Goods

Each item is quality checked before leaving Jellybox. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item we will offer a full refund of goods and postage. In order for postage to be refunded please keep a proof of posting .Please return the goods securely packaged within 30 days of receipt. We will contact you for your card information to make the refund. Refunds should be made to the original purchasing card or bank account. Please include your contact details within the package. (No credit card details should be sent by post)

The refund will  be made when the goods have arrived safely with Jellybox.

Alternatively you may wish us to send out a replacement gift.

Complaints Procedure

Jellybox prides itself on its outstanding customer service , product quality and presentation .However, from time to time we understand that things can go wrong. If you find such a reason to complain, you can do so by e-mailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will manage your complaint and concerns and keep you fully updated with regard to the progress until an outcome can be reached.

Your Privacy & Security

At Jellybox we take the security of your personal information very seriously, and we fully conform to the Data Protection Act, 1998.

All information is fairly & lawfully processed and used only for the purposes of Jellybox, to supply the very best service to you. No marketing e-mails will be sent to you without your permission.

We do not hold credit card information about you. This is held securely by Barclaycard who use an encrypted service to protect your name, address and credit card details. We also offer Pay Pal as a secure payment option.

From time to time, Jellybox may use your information to contact you for market research purposes.

Once you leave our site, even if this is via a link within our site, Jellybox can no longer guarantee your privacy and you should look to the website in question to provide you with their privacy & security policies.

Jellybox is PCI DSS compliant & has passed security checks and scans to protect your privacy & safety whilst using our site.

Your Account

When using our website please ensure that your password and login is secure and that no unauthorized person has access. Please inform us immediately if you believe your account is being used in an unauthorized manner.

Jellybox reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove and edit information or to cancel orders at our discretion. Any cancelled orders will be refunded.

Force Majeure

Defined as acts, events or omissions (or similar expressions) beyond the reasonable control of the party concerned.

For events outside of the control of Jellybox (such as, industrial action by postal service or freak weather conditions), Jellybox may not, as a result, be-able to meet its obligations set out in the pages of this website. For reasons falling into this category, Jellybox cannot be held liable.

Availability of Goods

Once your order is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming that we have received your order.

Whilst every effort is made to keep a full range of goods in stock, occasionally we may not be-able to supply the product requested. In this instance we reserve the right to supply an alternative product to the same value or higher.

All goods remain the property of Jellybox until full payment has been received.

Payments

Payment for goods is taken from your card prior to dispatch.

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Solo. Payment is via Barclays Merchant Services with the extra security of 3D secure.

If you would prefer to pay by telephone or cheque you can do so.

Cheques should be made payable to Jellybox & posted to the address above.

Delivery & Packaging

All goods will be dispatched within 24 hours and you or your chosen recipient should expect to receive them within 3-5 working days.  If no one is available, the goods will be returned to the local Royal Mail depot. Parcels are usually held for 7 days before being returned to us.

 UK postage is  £4.95 via Royal mail which is first class standard postage within the UK .  Your goods will be dispached in tissue wrap or shreaded paper  but will not include a gift box. Giftboxes can be purchased at £4.95, these have magnetic clousure's, ribbons and tags & can be kept and used as a child's keepsake box.

All International parcels (including Southern Ireland) - postage fee is a standard £20.

All items will come with a Jellybox gift card for your own message. Alternatively Jellybox can write your message for you. There is an option to leave a message at the checkout.

Each item is securely packaged in a protective outer postal box for safe delivery.

Ownership of the goods will pass to the consumer upon delivery.

The prices on the Jellybox website are the final prices you will pay per item. No VAT will be added to this amount. Payment for goods is taken from your card prior to dispatch.

Jellybox will endeavor to keep the website as up to date, as possible at all times. In the event a description / picture or any wording used, is deemed to be incorrect or out of date Jellybox will not be held responsible.

All merchandise for sale on our website is suitable for children and has passed the European safety standards. Please note that some goods may only be suitable for children above a certain age, and all plastic bags, ribbons & packaging must be kept out of reach of children .It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that these warnings are adhered to. Age suitability is only a guide, and you as the consumer are responsible for the suitability of the product to fit your specific circumstances & intended recipient.

Jellybox will not be held responsible for damages caused which have arisen due to use of this website, including loss of data, profits or damage to equipment.

Jellybox will not be held responsible for technical issues occurring on this website, rendering it out of use for a period of time. Every effort is made to keep this website running smoothly.

We endeavor to always provide the most recent, accurate & reliable information on our site at all times. However, should an error be found, Jellybox make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability in respect of the information, products, services or graphics contained on this website. Any conclusions drawn from this information is at your own risk.
